People have no patience
It annoys me when I have a ticket that takes maybe 15 minutes to do and I get e-mail two days before the due date asking for the status. I have to interrupt what I’m doing to give an ETA on something that isn’t close to the due date yet. I could see if maybe it was the evening before the due date or the day of, but at lunch time two days before? Geez… Quit ridin’ my ass.
