My own Twenty-Four…and then some.
Thursday, 7:00am
I woke up, got dressed, packed up my Renamon costume, and went to work.
9:30am
Arrived at work and got some stuff done. Answered e-mails and all that.
11:45am
Ducked into the floor’s private bathroom and changed into the Renamon costume.
Noon
Lunch meeting with the department and Information Services.
1:00pm
Toured the building and visited some people.
1:45pm
Worked again. Got more stuff done.
3:30pm
Back starts to hurt from sitting poorly (with a tail). Changed out of the costume.
5:30pm
Left the office and drove to Nashua, NH.
6:30pm
Arrived in Nashua at the Kame-House.
7:30pm
Leave for Salem with Sam, Nikki, and Paige in my car…leading Spam’s carload.
9:30pm
Arrive in Salem (traffic was really bad!) We spend the next two hours wandering the town and seeing the sights.
11:30pm
Return to our cars and everyone heads home.
12:30am
I’m home.
1:00am
I collapse into bed for three hours. The only sleep I’ll get today.
4:00am
I wake up and turn off the alarm.
4:30am
I finally get my ass out of bed and get showered, pee, and get dressed.
5:15am
Head to Logan Airport.
5:40am
Arrive at Logan and rush to my flight. I discover that my 2nd cousin’s wife is on the same flight.
6:00am
We take off.
6:50am
Land at LaGuardia.
7:45am
Arrive at DoubleClick’s offices…early. Sit around.
8:15am
Office opens.
8:30am
Meeting starts.
2:00pm
Meeting ends. Call Sapphire to set up a time to meet up. Spend the next couple hours wandering NYC. Went up to Toys R Us in Times Square and then walked south and stopped in anywhere that looked interesting along the way.
3:15pm
Bought back pain medicine and a bottle of water. Helped a little.
4:30pm
Arrive at Sapphire’s office and head to dinner (her lunch) with her at a nice Chinese restaurant. (I love Chinese food.) It was goooood, but more than I could eat.
5:45pm
Say goodbye to Sapphy and wander northwest looking for Suncoast.
6:00pm
Find Suncoast, but no NewType. Spend the next hour wandering in various stores.
7:00pm
Find myself at the Marriott Marquis hotel and grab a cab to LaGuardia.
7:30pm
Arrive at the US Airways Shuttle terminal and check in. Get put on the 8pm flight instead of 9pm.
8:20pm
We take off.
9:07pm
Arrive at Logan Airport, get my car, and head home.
9:30pm
Arrive home, pee, catch up on e-mail and forums, and sign onto Espernet to freak out Sapphire…who is still at work!
1:00am
Collapse into bed and sleep for ten hours.
