On Wednesday and Thursday of this week, TMP Worldwide was on the road, showcasing the company’s 2003 business and financial outlooks to key players in the investor community. Together, Andrew McKelvey and Michael Sileck addressed audiences at two popular Wall Street conferences: the Morgan Stanley Software, Services, Internet, and Networking Conference in Arizona and Salomon Smith Barney’s 13th Annual Global Entertainment, Media and Telecommunications Conference in California.

The presentations were straightforward and the message was clear: TMP Worldwide has undoubtedly faced challenges over the last year and now, at the start of 2003, we can all look forward to new beginnings, exciting opportunities and a keen understanding of our unique business potential. The Wall Street community has been pining for change at TMP/Monster and now, as our most influential customer, we are giving them what they want-a strong, well positioned business model built for profitability and success.

To hear, first hand, what Mr. McKelvey Mr. Sileck and addressed at this week’s conferences, please go to the Investor Relations section of TMP.com. There, you will find wecasted presentations from both events.
