6094 Luther stood at his place on the small tower, a spear at both of his sides. His shield and sword leaned against the wall tranquilly. Torch light gently illuminated the path to the treasury, which held the King's favorite sword.
Very few people ever came to visit him. The King's castle was a full sixty miles away. This place in the valley was a perfectly obscure place for the treasury... or so he thought.
Luther heard the clanking of armor and saw a shadow by the adjacent tower. A crossbow bolt suddenly stuck in the wall ruined his peaceful evening.

The Guarded Treasury is composed of two small tower-like buildings. The first of which, is merely a jail cell with room for a guard to stand on top. I was thrilled with some of the pieces on this building. Two brown torch pieces (laser rifles for Space), two spears, and an already built half-turret. The icing on the cake is the classic Castle jail-cell door. Inside the cell the prisoner has some room to stand or sit, but it's more like a medieval walk-in closet.
The other building is the actual treasury. It consists of a tower piece, two tan lion statues (very cool), two large axes, and a sort of holder for the sword. The sword is the treasure in question, even though the actual building seems much more suited to the treasure chest from 6095 Royal Joust. Two axes are set on pins to fall forward on any would-be thieves with a slight push. A rock can be dropped from the axes' position as well.
These two models seem very scanty and are actually kind of boring. Even though they can be rebuilt into other, more impressive things. Partial construction for two alternate models are included in the instructions.
The mini-figs are quite impressive. Our protagonist, the Royal Knight, has a cool armor body-print and leg-print. His shield features a fearsome lion and he is armed with a standard Lego shortsword. His helmet is very interesting; it looks like an armored sunhat. His adversary comes with a large shield and a crossbow. Also included is a classic castle helmet. He looks quite evil with animal-hide armor and a leather eyepatch.
This set is worth the money for the classic pieces and the extra weapons. The mini-figs are also cool. However, don't get too excited about the main models.
