6898 It's a cold night out on the tundra of Alpha Gamma VII and the fate of the planet is up to you. You have to get a missile over the dangerous glacier and to the top of a mountain in order to prevent an alien invasion of your research outpost. Your vehicle of choice? The Ice-Sat V.
The Ice-Sat V features eight large wheels in order to give the best traction over slippery terrain. The enclosed cab is a must to protect you from the frigid arctic winds. Finally, don't forget that under these extreme conditions you'll want maximum control over your dangerous cargo...which is why you'll need a robotic loading arm and tilting trailer to move the missile into position.

The Ice-Sat V is a great set for Ice Planet collectors. Not only does it contain the vehicle itself and a missile, but the mini-figure is equipped with typical Ice Planet garb as well as a pair of skis and a chainsaw. Attached to the left side of the vehicle are a warhead/satellite for the top of the missile and a small device which could be a flare or some other device.
The vehicle is built very solidly except for the rear covering of the missile. The tops of each sides of the covering do not meet flush. Also, the robot arm only moves in a 360 degree circle and up and down. The end of the arm cannot be rotated to transfer the rocket from horizontal to vertical.
The Ice-Sat V is a decent set and is a plus to any Ice Planet collection. If it is taken from this setting, it doesn't seem to fit in with other space sets...mainly because of its color scheme.
