Stand up for What You Believe In
I’m seeing a lot of Trump supporters (I was going to say “Republicans”, but realize that’s not necessarily true) saying, “Your candidate lost! Get over yourselves!”
NO.
I will not simply roll over. I will fight for the values that I believe in and what I feel is right. I hope that people in congress who share those values will also fight for them, regardless of party affiliation.
If you were someone who was more “anti-Hillary” than “pro-Trump”, than you also need to make your voice heard too. Stand out against hate. Stand out against racism. Question why a president elect has taken a stronger stand against the cast of a Broadway play than a Nazi meeting in Washington, DC.
